Supreme Court rejects Goldman Sachs’ bid to reverse Second Circuit Victory for MBS Investors

On Monday, the Supreme Court declined to review the Second Circuit Court of Appeals' decision forcing Goldman Sachs & Co. to face a putative class action alleging it misled investors about potential risks of mortgage-backed securities.
