Robbins Geller’s ERISA practice is focused on representing individuals and Retirement Plans, including traditional pension plans, 401(k) plans and employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”). We have litigated numerous successful ERISA cases throughout the United States, resulting in notable victories, such as:
- In re Gen. Elec. ERISA Litig. – recovered $40 million for former employees and achieved structural changes to company’s 401(k) plan valued at over $100 million, benefiting current and future plan participants
- In re Austin Capital Mgmt., Ltd., Sec. & ERISA Litig. – together with the Department of Labor, recovered $50.3 million, or nearly 89% of damages;
- In re Meridian Funds Grp. Sec. & ERISA Litig. – recovered $6.5 million, which represented 19% of total damages
- The Bd. of Tr. of the Operating Eng’rs Pension Tr. v. JPMorgan Chase Bank, Nat’l Ass’n – recovered $23 million
- The Bd. of Tr. of the City of Birmingham Emps.’ Ret. Sys. v. Comerica Bank – recovered $11 million
