Robbins Geller Receives Top Rankings from Chambers USA for the Thirteenth Consecutive Year
Chambers USA awarded Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP with Band 1 rankings, the highest ranking available, nationally and in California in its 2022 guide. Chambers described the Firm as a “[f]ormidable bench of advocates with an impressive record in securing market-leading recoveries in class and opt-out actions.” The Firm received Band 1 ranking nationwide in the “Litigation: Mainly Plaintiff” category, Band 1 rankings in California in the “Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs” and “Litigation: Securities Mainly Plaintiffs” categories, and was also ranked in New York in the “Litigation: Securities: Plaintiffs” category.
Chambers noted Robbins Geller’s “track record of winning high-value settlements in class actions” and “deep expertise in trial and appellate litigation.”
Robbins Geller partners Darren J. Robbins, Randall J. Baron, Paul J. Geller, Samuel H. Rudman, and Lea Malani Bays were also individually recognized by Chambers.
Robbins, managing partner of the Firm’s San Diego office, was ranked in California in the “Litigation: Securities” category. Chambers described Robbins as “one of the top plaintiffs' lawyers in the country,” and this year marks the ninth consecutive year Robbins has been selected.
Baron was ranked in the California in the “Litigation: Securities” category for the seventh consecutive year. Chambers described Baron as “tenacious,” “very business-minded,” and “an incredibly gifted lawyer.”
Geller, managing partner of the Firm’s Boca Raton office, was ranked in Florida in the “Litigation: Product Liability” and “Litigation: Securities” categories. He also was recognized nationwide in the “Product Liability: Plaintiffs” category. Chambers described Geller as “a highly-regarded attorney commended for his extensive experience taking on complex product liability matters.”
Rudman, managing partner of the Firm’s New York offices, was ranked in New York in the “Litigation: Securities: Plaintiffs” category for the ninth consecutive year. Chambers recognized Rudman’s record of “significant settlements for investor clients against financial institutions and corporate issuers in securities and shareholder class actions.”
Bays, counsel to the e-discovery team, was ranked nationwide and globally. Chambers described her as “well versed in all aspects of e-discovery and lends her expertise to plaintiffs across a range of litigation.”
