Law360 Names Robbins Geller “Class Action” Practice Group of the Year

Law360 released its Practice Groups of the Year awards for 2023 this week. Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP was named a top Class Action Practice Group.

The awards “honor the attorney teams behind litigation wins and major deals that resonated throughout the legal industry this past year.” Groups were selected with “an eye toward landmark matters and general excellence.”

In 2023, Robbins Geller’s historic class action recoveries included five of the top ten largest securities class action recoveries of the year:

• $300 million in Wells Fargo – the fourth-largest securities class action recovery ever in the Northern District of California; 
• $173 million in Exelon – the seventh-largest securities class action recovery ever obtained in the Seventh Circuit; 
• $141 million in McKesson;
• $109 million in Cardinal Health; and
• $107.5 million in Micro Focus – seven times more than investors secured in a separate federal case for the alleged fraud.
