Helping Rebuild New Orleans
September 27, 2010
As one of the five deadliest hurricanes in the history of the United States, Hurricane Katrina destroyed the homes and lives of thousands of people in 2005. Robbins Geller’s attorneys felt personally driven to reach out and help the victims of the natural disaster by donating time, energy, and more than $1 million in immediately accessible funds. The Firm’s Reach Out America Foundation became a model for other corporate contributors and inspired attorneys to work shoulder to shoulder with residents to rebuild communities, houses and schools.
