Robbins Geller Appointed Lead Counsel in FedEx Hacking Securities Fraud Case 

On October 18, 2019, the Honorable Ronnie Abrams of the Southern District of New York named Robbins Geller as lead counsel and City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council as administering authority to the West Yorkshire Pension Fund as lead plaintiff in Rhode Island Laborers’ Pension Fund v. FedEx Corp.

The shareholder class action alleges that FedEx violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by making false and/or misleading statements regarding the financial impact of the 2017 Petya ransomware attack on its newly acquired international courier delivery services company, TNT Express BV.
