Overview
Scott Dion is an associate in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP’s Boca Raton office. His practice focuses on securities fraud litigation and other complex matters.
Before joining Robbins Geller, Scott served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida, where he handled complex criminal appeals. During his tenure, Scott represented the United States in numerous appeals and argued eleven times before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Scott is admitted to practice law in Florida and Maryland. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was selected to serve as a Law & Public Policy Scholar.
