Overview

Rachel Braby is an associate in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd’s San Diego office, where her practice focuses on complex securities fraud litigation.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business with a focus on the Spanish Language from San Diego State University, and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Rachel competed in the 2023 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong and placed 81 out of 353 contestants from all over the world. In her second year of law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Janis Sammartino of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. In addition, Rachel served as a Comment Editor for the San Diego International Law Journal, and her student article “Help the People Help the Governments Help the Planet: Using Markets to Meet the Goals of the Paris Agreement” was chosen for publication in the 25th volume of the journal.

Rachel was a summer associate with Robbins Geller in 2023 and returned to the Firm as an associate in 2024.
