Jake Kalphat-Losego is an associate in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd’s San Diego office, where his practice focuses on complex securities fraud litigation, corporate takeover litigation, and breach of fiduciary duty actions.
Jake received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics, magna cum laude, and English, cum laude, from the University of Florida. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School. During law school, Jake served as a co-managing articles editor of the Michigan Technology Law Review and the executive articles editor of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review and interned with the Consumer Protection and Affirmative Litigation division of the Los Angeles County Counsel’s office. Prior to law school, Jake worked as a paralegal for the Florida Department of Children and Families in Gainesville, Florida.
