Facundo M. Scialpi

Facundo M. Scialpi is an associate in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP’s Boca Raton office. His practice focuses on consumer fraud, mass tort, antitrust, data breach, and RICO lawsuits.

Before joining the Firm, Facundo worked at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton – a firm specializing in complex commercial litigation – where he handled high-profile litigation cases across the country.

Previously, Facundo served as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County, ardently representing indigent defendants. During his tenure as a law clerk with Carlton Fields, P.A., he managed intricate regulatory issues and was vital to developing digital consumer insurance products and services.

Facundo earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and was recognized with the Order of the Coif distinction. While at the University of Miami, he showcased his editorial expertise as part of the Miami Law Review. An accomplished writer, he has made notable contributions to Expert Focus Life, Annuity, and Retirement Solutions. Facundo also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Florida International University.

Facundo is admitted to practice law in Florida and the Southern District of Florida. He is fluent in Spanish. In his free time, Facundo enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter (Sam and Emma) and playing soccer.
