Overview

Ana Avalos Cuellar is an associate in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP’s Manhattan office. She focuses her practice primarily on complex securities litigation and breach of fiduciary duty matters on behalf of individual and institutional investors.

Before joining the Firm as an associate, Ana was a member of the Firm’s Institutional Outreach Team, assisting attorneys who advise the Firm’s institutional clients, including state and municipal pension funds, Taft-Hartley funds, and private retirement and investment funds throughout the United States, on issues related to corporate fraud, shareholder litigation, and corporate governance issues.

Ana has been included in the 500 X - The Next Generation Lawdragon guide. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, Ana externed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in its Division of Enforcement and worked as a summer clerk at Robbins Geller’s Boca Raton and San Diego offices.
